Eisenkraut is a standalone, cross-platform audio file editor using the SuperCollider 3 server application.

We will examine the current unstable version 0.7 which adds an OpenSoundControl (OSC) server. Using this server, basic editing can be automatized from a client such as SuperCollider 3 language. Furthermore, using sclang, access to the realtime audio system is provided, so that you can add your own effects, spatialization etc. Custom editors can easily be implemented through the use of the built-in SwingOSC server.
